A family farm, a family tradition
What started as a dairy is now four stocked ponds where families come to fish, relax by the water, and take home a cooler full of fresh catfish.

From dairy pasture to fishing ponds
Sunrise Catfish Farm sits on land that was once a working dairy. Back in 1995–96 the family dug the first two ponds and started out selling fish commercially.
When the dairy cattle were sold in 2002, the farm turned its full attention to what folks loved most — coming out to fish. Ever since, it's been a catch-and-clean operation built around families and a good day outdoors.
Today there are four ponds to fish, a self-serve bait shop, homemade treats, and a shady place to gather. No license, no limit — just bring the family and a cooler.
